What Shipping Methods Do Bikes Online Offer?
All products are in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse (with the exception of pre-ordered bikes, which have the dispatch date illustrated). Expect up to 5 business days for your order to ship.
How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched from us, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number and what courier the item was sent with.

Re-Delivery Fee

Whilst we can deliver to both residential and commercial addresses, we recommend that you have your goods delivered to a commercial address.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do ship outside of the United States.

What does the status of my order mean?

When you log in to your account on tracking website, you’ll notice that orders go through the process below: On Hold – The payment is still being processed, the address may have been entered incorrectly, you used a direct payment from your bank, your credit card may have been declined/review OR if paying with your bank account it takes a few business days to clear.

Commercial Addresses Preferred

We require a signature for our deliveries and hence we prefer commercial addresses where there is someone present all day to receive the goods.
