Once your order has been dispatched from us, you will receive an email which will include a tracking number and what courier the item was sent with.
Whilst we can deliver to both residential and commercial addresses, we recommend that you have your goods delivered to a commercial address.
Yes, we do ship outside of the United States.
When you log in to your account on tracking website, you’ll notice that orders go through the process below: On Hold – The payment is still being processed, the address may have been entered incorrectly, you used a direct payment from your bank, your credit card may have been declined/review OR if paying with your bank account it takes a few business days to clear.
We require a signature for our deliveries and hence we prefer commercial addresses where there is someone present all day to receive the goods.
